Okra Turtle Project
Okra Ong graphics and logos.
The Okra association is a Ghanaian NGO that supports socially disadvantaged local communities and groups of people, trying to help more in those areas which are less covered by government's investments.
Okra Turtle Project promotes the plastic collection involving school students and village communities. With the collected plastic (mainly water bags) recycled backpacks are created and given to students and some others are sold. The earnings will be used for supporting the turtle project with the aim to protect and preserve turtle nests and the life of newborn turtles.
