Working on the upcoming animated series "Ohrmildur the Brave" involving multiple studio teams.
I'm Lead of a small rigging team and we work strictly with other departments.
Rigging characters, props, fixing bugs and solving technical/rig issues that might appear during work. Coordination and daily organization with all team members, constantly updating other department's Leads about my workflow.
Implementing extras or special rigging solution based on animation needs. I also coordinate my work with another studio partner, trying to keep coherence in rigging style and methods. Giving feedback about models and designs for rigging purposes finding the best solution.
